红豆沙
我做的红豆沙:
小袋的红豆半包,浸泡一个下午,手感会变软。
中火熬煮3小时,熬到起沙,其间不断加少量水,熄火前一小时加蔗糖。
做好啦:

对了,如果条件可以的话,买些莲子回来和红豆一起煮~
不过这样工程比较艰巨~
